  • The design process is typically hands off for the client. Their involvement will be answering the questionnaire, submitting their content to me and then waiting to review their site. The edits week is more collaborative because it requires the client to set aside time to review the site and request any edits they may want me to make.

  • Our process is designed and tested to be smooth and efficient. We know time is money, so we want to get you the best result possible in a consolidated timeline:

    • 1-Page Website = 5 days

    • Full Build Website = 2 weeks

    • Website + Brand Styling = 3 weeks

  • We specialize in Squarespace design.

  • Yes! Squarespace includes e-commerce capabilities and we also offer that as an add-on to our design services if it’s something you’d like done within the website process.

  • Yes, retainers are available upon request.

    In addition, if you require updates on a larger scale in the future, we can provide you with a custom quote for your project.

  • Yes! In order to use Squarespace, you’ll need to get an account, which is $23 per month ($279 yearly for the recommended Core plan).

    The good news is, Squarespace includes a free domain with your hosting plan. You can also get 25% off your first year of hosting if you’re a new Squarespace customer through my Platinum Member discount.

  • Totally. Upon completion and final payment I will transfer full ownership of your website to you. You may choose to keep me on as an administrator in case you need extra support at any time.

  • I’ve worked with everything from the 1-person business to the 10,000+ employee business, and I really enjoy getting to apply business and design principles across industries!

  • Absolutely! We can easily communicate over video-conference like Google Meet and manage the content through Google Drive.

  • Because of the digital nature of our services, they cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
