  • The design process is typically hands off for the client. Their involvement will be answering the questionnaire, submitting their content to me and then waiting to review their site. The edits week is more collaborative because it requires the client to set aside time to review the site and request any edits they may want me to make.

  • Our process is really efficient in comparison to most others who do what we do. We know time is money, so we want to get you the best result possible in the least amount of time till LAUNCH.

    • One-page site = 5 days

    • Full-build website = 2 weeks

    • Online Identity (Web & Brand) = 6 weeks

  • Yes! Squarespace includes e-commerce capabilities and we also offer that as an add-on to our design services if it’s something you’d like done within the website process.

  • Not at the moment. However, we do provide 2 weeks of post-launch support for 2-week websites and 1 week of post-launch support for 1-page sites so you can ask any questions or get help with troubleshooting as you launch your website.

    With your Squarespace plan, you'll have unlimited access to their support team through live chat and email, available 24/7.

    If you require updates on a larger scale in the future, we can provide you with a custom quote for your project.

  • Yes! In order to use Squarespace, you’ll need to get an account, which is $23 per month ($279 yearly for the recommended business plan).

    The good news is, Squarespace includes a free domain with your hosting plan. You can also get 20% off your first year of hosting if you’re a new Squarespace customer.

  • Totally. Upon completion and final payment I will transfer full ownership of your website to you. You may choose to keep me on as an administrator in case you need extra support at any time.

  • I’ve worked with everything from the 1-person business to the 10,000+ employee business, and I really enjoy getting to apply business and design principles across industries!

  • Absolutely! We can easily communicate over video-conference like Zoom or Google Meet and manage the content through Google Drive.

  • Because of the digital nature of our services, they cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
