Model Expand

This was a website redesign project for leading Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) advisory firm ModelExpand. To kick off the web design process, we conducted extensive market research to identify trends in HR and the workplace, as well as to gain insight into ModelExpand's competitors. From there, we crafted a targeted brand and website strategy that effectively highlights their unique features and sets them apart from the competition. Furthermore, we integrated a time-saving CRM software into their website, optimizing internal processes and enabling a sharper focus on delivering exemplary service to their clients. This enhancement also played a pivotal role in enhancing lead generation efforts.
